THERAPY IS A SPACE FOR YOU

Therapy offers a space for you to come as you are. It gives you the opportunity to explore the things that might be causing you difficulty or worry - or that you just feel you want to look at in more detail.

 

I offer both Individual Therapy and Couples Therapy. My practice is in Newport Pagnell (near Milton Keynes) in Buckinghamshire. I also offer online sessions to be able to work with clients from across the UK. I am passionate about the power and potential of therapy to create change and hope - and how that can transform relationships and lives. The therapeutic journey is one that moves us towards clarity and self-acceptance; it can shine a light on the beliefs and patterns that are no longer helpful to us or serve us well.

WHAT THERAPY CAN HELP WITH

You might need support with specific issues such as addiction, anger, anxiety, avoidance, burnout, depression, difficult life events, family conflict, grief, infertility, low self-esteem, redundancy, relationship concerns, shame, stress, trauma (whether childhood trauma, historic trauma or PTSD)...

Or you may feel stuck, that you are not reaching your potential in life and you would like to make a shift...

 

Or it may be that you cannot pinpoint exactly why you have a sense of unhappiness or dissatisfaction...

Or your feelings may feel so jumbled up that it is hard to describe them individually - or, conversely, your feelings might be so buried from habit that it is hard to connect to any emotions at all...

There is such a wide variety of issues or concerns that may lead someone to reach out for some support...
